Dear Su & Fred

Just to say an enormous thank you for everything you did for us at the
weekend, for my parents Diamond Wedding Anniversary. Above and beyond what
you had to do. Getting and putting up the extra marquee, even as guests were
arriving, as the weather was so bad .
The food as usual amazing, and the staff so friendly and helpful.

Hopefully we will see you all again, we just need another excuse for a
party!!!

The dust is beginning to settle and we are beginning to get back to normal.

Everyone had a great time and there were many compliments about the marquee, the food and charlotte’s team. Charlotte is a delight, just as her sister was, so please pass on our sincere thanks to her. Thank you and Fred very much for all the hard work.

I expect us to have a lull in major events for a while and the next one will probably be our youngest daughter, but when it does come along I will ask you to do it all again.

I wanted to thank you both very much indeed for a very efficient, smooth and courteous handling of our event last Saturday. The tent was erected on time and with every effort to get it as we wanted it placed in our garden. Thank you to the two gentlemen that did this.

The food was absolutely delicious and was ready exactly as it suited our guests. Fabulous and just perfect for the weather that we had. The recommendations for tables/chairs etc. were also spot on and the collection of the tent yesterday was very slick.

Thank you very much indeed for helping us to have such a very successful event in just the way we pictured. I will most certainly recommend you on to anyone interested in asking my advice!

and/or Claire had the idea of serving the desserts in the patio, so that the
team could get on with clearing the dance floor.

Dear Su,

WOW! Thank you so much for organising such a wonderful spread for us. Nick and his helper were fabulous and fitted in really well. Everything went well - all the setting up , preparation and dismantling was very efficient.

The food was presented beautifully - and so scrumptious - it could not be faulted in any way. It was good that the canapes were handed round and thanks for substituting the duck spring rolls for the samosas - a much better choice and all very tasty.

All of the main meal was excellent and well cooked. Particularly impressive for me were the salmon and the halloumi cheese salad,
we all want the recipe for that! Words cannot describe the strawberries dipped in chocolate!!!

Both of your team were very obliging and thoughtful and busy all the time. I would just say that, had we known about the kitchen
we would have cleared more space for them.

We were so pleased that Nick came -he was splendid and became one of the family for the day.

Hi Su

Just to say THANK YOU for catering at our surprise wedding party on Saturday.
Your son Nick did you proud. Claire and John were fantastic also and I could not of
wished for any better. They made our night run smoothly and professionally.
The food was fantastic and had all the guest comment on how lovely it was.
The carrot cake and brownies were to die for, and the strawberries tasted and looked amazing.
Graham and I was too busy to eat the BBQ as was too busy announcing our news, so will have to
book you for another BBQ in the future.

Please pass on our big thanks to everyone as they worked so hard and we are very grateful. Hope they enjoyed
the day too.

and your staff; they did themselves and your company proud. The BBQ was excellent and the lamb, chicken satay and salmon all went down a treat.

Can I on behalf of both of us express a sincere thanks to you and all your staff. They were absolutely wonderful.

Not only was the food excellent but the manner of your staff, the professional and friendly way they went about their business performed way above the normal expectation of such a service. Every one of them is to be commended for getting into the swing of the evening, helping to make it even more memorable,being professional and executing a first class service. Your main chef lady was a delight performing at the highest level, and enjoying it. Nothing was too much trouble.

The clearing up too was impeccable and made it all the more enjoyable and the boys in the bar kept the whole evening going so smoothly.
Please pass on our thanks to your hog roast people. They too were first rate and the combination was great.

Katie - Buffet Lunch - May 15th 2011

Hi Su,

Just wanted to say a big thank you for the food on Sunday, it was delicious and it looked great when we came in to the room. It all went down really well and people seemed really impressed. I know a few of my friends who tend to use Costco took your leaflets as I had told them how good value it was so fingers crossed you might get some work from them in the future.

I will definitely be in touch again in the future when I need some more catering.

"I have just had the best 60th birthday bash ever!... Su provided a spread that had all guests salivating in addition to the very best carrot cake ever – and made with a sugar substitute, so relatively guilt free. The food was delicious, inventive, beautiful to look at (not that anyone spent too much time looking) and copious enough that everyone ate as much as they desired. Nic and Anne headed a wonderful team on a night the team made memorable. Thank you all."

Lucy, Birthday BBQ for 50 people

The party was fantastic and my mum really enjoyed herself. We received good comments about the bbq and I think that one of the guests may have requested the recipe for the hallumi as she enjoyed it so much. It all went well despite the rain that poured down 30 minutes before the guests arrived but you can never predict the weather!! The bbq was quite large and we managed to get it through the house and then back through my neighbours garden. It all worked out well and also were able to provide the street with some entertainment as they watched us try to work out how to get the BBQ to the garden.

Anyway, it all went well and a number of guests took your card at the end of the night.

Hi Su,

I just wanted to say a big thank you for the catering you provided for my party. The dishes were fresh, tasty and beautifully presented. All my guests commented on the 'lovely spread'. A special thanks also to Nick who was very professional when setting up the marquee despite being faced with an exceedingly uneven lawn.

Finally thank you for recommending Ashley, the cake he produced was absolutely fantastic, and had a real personal touch.

Karen and I wanted to drop you a line to say thank you for the pre Christmas dinner buffet that you provided. Sorry it is slightly late but we have been skiing for the last week.

I know we did not give you much time to prepare, is 5days a record?! It was all arranged at very short notice but we really appreciated the calm confidence with which you approached the evening. It meant that we could enjoy ourselves relieved of the worry of preparation and serving.

All guests commented on the high quality and freshness of the food provided. They were not privileged to see behind the scenes but Karen and I thought your approach, preparation and delivery was excellent. It is the first time we had turned our kitchen over to someone else to use and we appreciated the care that you took to leave everything as you found it.

Please also pass on our thanks to Nic who proved very popular with the drinks and Champagne.
